Athletic Program Design offers strength and conditioning training for individuals or teams.We can help you increase your speed, vertical jump, strength, endurance, balance and agility with our year round programs. We have programs for all ages and all types of athletes.
We test each athlete in 10 sports specific catagories. The tests are repeated every 60-90 days and will show the athletes, parents and coaches improvments and comparisons against other athletes that are the same age weight in the country.
